Abstract

Atatürk, while establishing The Repubİic of Turkey, determined his aim depending on a system and strategy. The sistem purposed the foundation of a modem . Atatürk knew it was diffucult to carrl out this goal. Because The Ottoman Empire couldn't keep up with the comtemporary technologial developments. For that reason, there occured a significant difference of progress between Turks and wistern community. Although it was too difficult, Atatürk believed in taking this difference out and founding. Turkey as a modem socıety, Firstly, a battle of independence and than a revolition was necessary, The conditions, of this strategy were found out by payinf attention to the traits of The Repubİic of Turkey. The strategy frmed by Atatürk was emergend as "the principles of Turkey".
