Ali Fethi (Okyar) Bey’s Activities as the Ottoman Embassy in Bulgaria (October 1913 - December 1917)

Abstract
This work concerns the activities of Ali Fethi Bey's (Okyar) embassy in Bulgaria. He was the General Secretary of Union and Progress Party (İttihat ve Terakki Fırkası). After a while, he was appointed as Ottoman State Bulgaria Embassy. It was critical the time for the Ottoman State that he served in Bulgaria (October 1913-December 1917 between the period). For this reason, his activities were very important for policy makers in the Ottoman Center. At this point, the basic question of this is how an embassy was conducted by Ali Fethi Bey. In this way, this study tried to explain the embassy's activities of Ali Fethi Bey and Ottoman-Bulgarian relations before and during World War I.
