National Struggle Budgets

Abstract

During the War of Independence, it is seen that at the beginning of the year that the budgets belong, the basic approach, which was not approved by the Assembly, that state affairs were carried out with advances and additional payments, was closed with deficit every year, and that it was discussed in detail in the secret sessions of the Assembly, it was a similar budget approach. The financing of the National Struggle was provided from domestic sources.
