Abstract

Although he sees valuable service during the National Struggle, one of the names unheard of in the following years is Hâmid Bey, famous for his nickname Hâliahmerci (Red Crescent). Hâmid Bey, who is a master and financier, is one of the patriots who provided useful services to the Turkish nation with his successful diplomatic and political activities in Istanbul for the National Struggle in Anatolia.
