Abstract

The Constitution establishes the basic structure of a state. It is also stated in the constitution how the theories within that basic structure will function and be developed. In other words, according to which measure the other rules of law will be laid down within the framework of constitutional norms. Because of this very important nature of the Constitution, which establishes and operates the state, it is inevitable that it will have other characteristics than other rules of law. The most important of these features is the reflection of certain ideas and ideologies to the society on which the state established by the Constitution will be based.
