Prof. Dr. Nihat Reşat Belger's notes on Atatürk's illness, his last days and his death

Abstract

Many statements have been made about Atatürk's illness, his last days and his death. This information, which is transmitted to the present day by both the doctors who treated him and his relatives and those who worked with him, also sheds light on history and enables us to know him better. Atatürk was examined in January 1938 in Yalova and diagnosed with the disease first, then he was among his doctors * who worked with the treatment until his death. The notes of Nihat Reşat Belger have a distinct value in this respect.
