Abstract

Located in the south of the Arabian peninsula, Yemen has a great strategic, geopolitical and commercial importance. The Strait of Babülmendep, Perim Island and Djibouti increase the importance of this geography to a calm branch, as well as to control the transition to the Red Sea. Yemen, which was connected to the Ottoman administration in H. 945 / M.1538 in the time of Hadim Süleyman Pasha, the governor of Egypt, XX. It has witnessed various confusion and struggles until the 20th century.
