Tekâlif-İ Milliye (Public Debt-Free State)

Abstract
It is a cemetery of states filled with the struggles of the nations within the strip of history, time and space. States declare warfare, nations fight, and even if members of the same nation fight each other, states can fall. A few debris or names remain in the cemetery. But as the nation lives, it establishes its own state. The state is that a nation is organized at the highest level. If there is enough sacrifice to establish a state at the core of a nation, that nation will establish its organization by circumventing badgers under all conditions.
