Abstract
The Turkish Commander-in-Chief started preparing an attack plan in order to take back Baghdad in early April and asked for help from the German Commander-in-Chief. The German Commander-in-Chief, which attaches great importance to its economic interests in Mesapotamia, was interested in this offensive attempt and accepted the request for help.
