Abstract

The classification of classical forms of government, based on the criterion of separation of powers, distinguishes the three systems of government. These are the presidential system, the parlamentary system and the parliamentary system of government. The definition of all three systems is based on the relations between the legislative and executive forces. Legislative and executive powers can either be convened in the same hand, or rather in the same state body, or given to separate bodies.
