Abstract
The Turkish nation made Anatolia the "Turkish homeland" after 1071. The Western states, after this date, ignored the reality of the Turkish nation and the Turkish homeland and dreamed that one day we could drive the Turks to the east. The defeat and destruction of Byzantium have alarmed the West. The West organized "crusades" against the Turks, and after these expeditions which resulted in their defeat, it succumbed to the Ottoman Empire founded by the Turks. The weakening of the Ottoman Empire and the falling of the European states because of their desire to establish colonies caused them to start negotiations over the Ottoman lands. The Great States of the West, a Turkish nation within the Ottoman Empire and its 900 years of living on a homeland without taking into account the fact that they were holding talks, congresses, "sick man" tried to share his legacy. It is undoubtedly very important to know and investigate the conditions under which the "war of Independence", which was launched in order to save the Turkish homeland from the colonial powers and foreign invasion, was given, and how victory was achieved step by step. The subject of how the "national struggle" is carried out will not be adequately known until the "Tekalif-i Milliye orders and their implementation" which we will try to examine will not be fully understood.
