For this purpose, the Bristish and French occupation forces censored mail and telegraph traffic between the Antep, Adana, Maras and Urfa's outside wold. Thus, these cities almost lost contact with the outside world. However, no matter what the circumstance were, this contact had to provided for solvation of the homeland. Therefore, in addition to occupation forces, the Armenians who knew the correspondence points of the region had to be overcome. For this purpose, local people tried to overcome the censorship of the occupation forces with different routes or encrypted communications. In this article, the censorship applied by the British and French in the southern region during the national struggle was explained.
