Abstract
Today, none of the forty-six Islamic states in the world are governed by any sharia; this is not possible, because the number of verses stating a legal provision in the Qur'an, which includes God's commands, prohibitions and advice, is fifty. They also cover a small part of family law, such as marriage, divorce, testimony, inheritance.
