Abstract
This report covers the secret plan and discussions that took place before and after the Great Victory behind closed doors between Allies. It was stolen by our secret organization in Istanbul with a successful plan, was sent to our General Staff in Ankara, and published in the journal "History of the Month" in 1923 before it was conquered by the British War Ministry. In the report, there are many unknown events and plans besides the known ones. The incident was described as a great scandal for Britain at the time. From this report, Felah and M.M. our groups have been informed. The report, which was bonded to the password, was written in Ankara by the Secret PERE Center. The report is presented to the public for the first time in 68 years, as the "History of the Month" is an official publication and is not for sale.
