Abstract

There is no doubt that"National Education Reform "is the cornerstone of the series of reforms that are part of Atatürk's Revolution. Education is a science, an art that requires special talents and requires expertise to its depth in all parts of the world and in all periods of history. According to figures and historical data, a leader who aims to take a society with a zero level of general education and save it from ignorance and raise it to the level and even above that of Western civilization should first have a specialization in the field of "educationalism".
