Rıza Tevfik with his Political Approaches in the First Phase of Second Constitutional Era

Abstract

In the first phase of Second Constitutional era, Rıza Tevfik who focused on principal propaganda of Frenc Revolution also worked as a police power with Selim Sırrı (Tarcan) in order to re-found the public order in the ambiguity caused by crowds who spoke up and abused the loooholes . As a part of this activith that he started after concerning himself upon İTC's call, he worked as Official Police of Selamlik and İnspector of Beyoğlu Constabulary and he managed to lead crowds using his superior rhetoric ability . Rıza Tevfik who kept his duty until İTC leader Kara Kemal, known for his radical view, was concerned that he could come in the prominence and warned him, went to Salanika upon the call of İTC leaders who invited him to Center due to high performance he exhibited. After addressing to Jews in the City where he had a chance to known the fractions in the community, he talked to Bulgarian bandit Sandasky who has killed numerous Turkish people. İmmediately afterwards he won the elections he entrered the Chamber of Deputies as Deputy of Edirne.
