Abstract
Hungarian orientalist and writer, Gyula Germanus went to Dardanelles front as an official in Hungarian Red Crescent Committee. The memories of Gyula Germanus are very important with regards to reflecting the atmosphere in the front from the view point of a foreigner.
In this study, observations related to Dardanelles War by drawing on the Hungarian book entitled "Tenyek es Tanuk" (Events and Witnesses) including the memories of Gyula Germanus are depicted.
