A Sign to Development of Turkish History: Gallipoli Campaing

Abstract
In this article, the Gallipoli Campaing, one of fronts in the First World War and its effects on the development of Turkish History are deal with. Methodologically, first of all, the military stages of Çanakkale Front will be mentioned, and then the reasons for opening of this front and its targets to be achieved will be assessed. The Results of Gallipoli Campaing and its effects of development of Turkish History are discussed.
In this paper, it emphasized that, both direct and indirect effects of Gallipoli Campaing changed the course of Turkish History, especially its effects and contributions on the War of Turkish Independence, as a turning point in Turkish History.
