Abstract

Following the opening ceremony of G.N.A. on 23 April 1920, the regulations (codifications) related to the govemment that was constituted by depending on the assembly, took place on 2 May 1920. The second article of the "Law on the Method of selecting the Members of the Cabinet" was amended two times on 4 November 1920 and 8 July 1922. This amendment like the others is important in terms of reflecting the interre- lationships and interractions among the groups.
