Sivas was the "safest place in all aspects of Anatolia" as stated in the Amasya Circular in the environment of that day in Anatolia. The Anatolian movement, which started with the Erzurum Congress, continued with the Sivas Congress. The Sivas Congress, which convened on September 4, 1919, completed its works on September 11, despite many difficulties, disconnected from Istanbul and addressed the administration in Anatolia. With the press (İrade-i Milliye), with her man, especially with her woman, the first movements of the National Struggle started here, and they continued after the delegation of the Delegation.
