Abstract

This very wide-ranging topic will be examined in 6 sections.In the first part, the Organization of the Ottoman Civil Administration, the structure of the Ottoman state, the characteristics of the Imperial Civil Administration Chiefs and their attitudes and behavior in the national struggle will be discussed. In the second section, general explanations about the situation of the Ottoman country after the armistice (armistice) and the search for salvation will be made. In the third section, civil resistance organizations, in other words, to save or protect the country or region, and the relationship between the administrative chiefs and the activities of certain administrative chiefs will be stated.In Chapter Four, the governor and the mutasarrifs who were removed from office will be mentioned. In the fifth section, the actions taken about the administrative chiefs due to their activities in the national struggle will be explained. In the sixth chapter, a very general assessment of the governance of the present and the future will be made. The conclusion will then be given from the explanations of the events.
