Purpose and Scope

The Journal of Atatürk Research Center aims to lay the groundwork for academic studies carried out on the subjects within the scope of Turkish and world history from the second half of the 19th century and to convey these studies to the interested parties.

The Journal of Atatürk Research Center, which publishes studies in the field of social and human sciences, is a recent history journal that focuses on the political and social developments in the Ottoman Empire in the 19th and 20th centuries besides the subjects about Atatürk and the history of the Republic of Türkiye. Filling a substantial gap in its field, the peer-reviewed journal presents new and remarkable views on the subjects it covers and includes original research articles.
