Abstract
Mustafa Kemal Pasha who knew very well that press is very important both in social life and in making society conscious gave a great importance to press from the beginning of the National Struggle. Mustafa Kemal Pasha and Ali Fethi (Okyar) were among partners of the Minber Newspaper. The Minber Newspaper began his publication life on November 1, 1918 and made its last publication on December 22, 1918. The Minber Newspaper which entered press life in a confused and tense period lighted the way for political developments of this period. Besides political developments, there are also articles which deals with social and economic subjects. On the Minber Newspaper there is also news about Mustafa Kemal Pasha. There is news about his arrival to İstanbul on November 13, 1918 and his conversation with the Ottoman Sultan. On the Minber Newspaper of November 17, 1918, there is an article named "An Interview with Mustafa Kemal Pasha". There are some debates that articles published by nickname of "Hatib" belong to Mustafa Kemal Pasha.
